What are the signs that I should see a dentist?

At Urbandale Smiles, we also provide professional consultation if you’re considering getting additional information on procedures such as implants and Invisalign (clear braces).

How often should I see my dentist?

You should get a professional dental examination and teeth cleaning done at every six months interval.

Why are regular dental visits important?

Regular dental visits are necessary to prevent chances of any severe dental problems in the future. This means an overall healthy smile for your family and a subsequent lower expense on dental-related problems.

What does a dental check-up include?

During your visit, our team will take the time to evaluate your oral health by measuring your gum health, looking for concerns with your teeth, and evaluating the health of your oral tissues including an oral cancer screening. We utilize digital x-rays to look at areas of your teeth that aren’t able to be evaluated visually. Our goal is to help you reach and maintain a healthy smile.
